40 dollars for one person, one month membership or 30 per month for one person if you set up automatic payments. Childcare is included from 830am to 11amish, but you can use the childcare room after hours if your kids are old enough to entertain themselves. It's a 24-hour gym, so you can get a workout in whenever you feel like it. Staff are helpful and the clientele are cordial.

C & D is a solid gym. Some of their equipment could use a tune-up. Mostly their dumbbells, simply because they are tightened by bolts and they come lose sometimes. Otherwise, I suggest bringing your own music, obviously, as well as not expecting state-of-the-art equipment. However, I have been lifting here for years. It's inexpensive and a good gym to get lost in and bang out some weight.
